Before we roll out Swift at a client organisation, we offer the option of customising our software to your needs – whether they are related to the geographic spread of your branch network or your particular mix of products and services.  This infrastructure design requires an in-depth review of your current business.

To do this, we generally carry out a Business Process Analysis (BPA) of the postal infrastructure in collaboration with your project team.  We involve representative staff from across your organisation including, for example, Heads of Retail Operations, Business Systems, Finance and key personnel in the philatelic, bill payments, banking and postal sections of the company.

The BPA involves analysing current business processes within your organisation and identifying where Swift needs to be customised to your particular requirements.  This exercise usually has spin-off benefits such as the highlighting of any current deficiencies in the organisation, which in turn leads to the re-engineering of certain areas or processes before Swift is deployed.
