MaltaPost goes live with Swift Retail
MaltaPost has moved on from Hermes to the latest Swift Retail over the last month. Having used Hermes since late 2003, MaltaPost was satisfied with its performance and decided to take advatage of Swift Retail’s new features and functionality.
MaltaPost, being an internationally renown postal service provider, is constantly seeking to improve its product offering. Although, MaltaPost is classified as a smaller postal organisation in comparison to the Internatioanl market, they beleive that there services should be of world class standard. “Swift Postal is adamant about building relationships with their clients. We beleive that we need to understand your pain points and opbjectives to offer the right solution for you. MaltaPost was a case in point, and allowed us to build a long term relationship with them,” says Joseph Sultana, CEO of Swift Postal.
Malta is a small island state at the near centre of the Mediterranean. It is the European Union’s most southerly member state and home to a population of just under 402,000. Maltapost is the local postal operator and has a network of 40 branches. Today, Maltapost is wholly-Maltese owned and part privatised.
