| The 24th Universal Postal Congress will be held from 23 July to 12 August 2008 in Geneva (Switzerland). More than 1,500 delegates from the UPU's 191 member countries will gather to discuss the major issues affecting the global postal sector today. The Universal Postal Congress is the supreme authority of the Union and brings together plenipotentiaries of all member countries. |
