As part of our system delivery, we train your staff – from counter personnel to your head office team. We are on site to identify any change management procedures required for your network to transfer smoothly to Swift with business as normal. We can extend our initial training package to include all staff within your counter network and we also offer ongoing training as you add further, customised services such as bill payment facilities or banking.
We have an established ‘train-the-trainer’ programme to get your key staff up and running with the minimum of learning, yet fully conversant with Swift Retail. Counter staff are trained easily thanks to Swift Retail’s intuitive graphical user interface and easy-to-use touch-screens.
Key IT personnel are trained on how to set up the replication site, how to create new users and how to deploy the SWIFT system in other branches.
